Hi Rahul, My personal feeling is that RHCE won't be a bad thing to go for. However, if you already know more than what is covered in the Red Hat objectives and your communication skills are above average you can do without the certification.
I don't know abt whether there are companies that are exclusively looking for RHCEs. I myself wanna appear for RHCE in the near future.
