Hi List, I have shifted my hard disk from a P-III processor to a PIV processor 1.7 Ghz. After that when I run linux I tried installing some rpms, For example ngrep.rpm ymessenger.rpm upon which it gives a message that this rpm is meant for different architecture.
How to install the softwares related with these rpms now. The linux is Mandrake 7.1 and it is the same one installed previously on this hard disk i.e I have not re-installed linux after shifting the hard disk to the new hardware. Now my next step would be to install some new version of linux but before that any suggestions which can save me from this trouble as I am not even sure whether the things would be allright after installing the new version __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
