Hi there, I know it is off topic but I am looking for help from someone from VSNL in a position of authority. I purchased vsnl connection and could use VSNL services for some time. Now I get "Server Configuration Error". VSNL tech guys tell me to keep reinstalling the software they gave in a CD. Obviously reinstalling software will not fix their "Server Configuration Error". Please - if some one in vsnl understands that I have a client and not a server, contact me privately.
