Hi all,
I am looking for some security resources that will help a beginner
understand linux security issues/concepts/best practices etc.
Some of the auditing tools available for Linux , like snare.
Any site that contains details about, Viruses (not macro) and worms
Any forensic tools available (preferably opensource GPL/BSD)

I just need some good references, right now Linux security to me is just
Bastille, Snare and Snort!!

Mani

Did that, wanted to know how to pass /variable/ arguments to the
command. Fixed arguments are not a problem.

Anyway, qmail-command has a list of all the environment variables
which are set. Now just need to check whether they can be sent on the
command-line or whether the called program needs to access them from
the environment. I'd think command-line would work since qmail-local
calls the shell to execute the command.
