hi all
i hav a doubt about gcc and glibc that comes with Rhat 7.2
while i was trying to run qmail after applying qmail-queue patch it gave
following errors
(which was get value from a environment variable it gave me error at this point)i also
tried use system() function but it still gave me same error

"error while loading shared libraries: lib.so.6: failed to map segment from shared
object : cannot allocate memory"

after searching on net for this we got some veri strange remarks abt glibc and
gcc.

http://www.armlinux.org/pipermail/armlinux-toolchain/2001-February.txt

pls tell me if i downgrade my gcc and glibc will i face some problems? or it is
safe to do so.
