Hi Ambar,
We already ahd this discussion on Linux-India-Help; the conclusion is
that if you use OE for mails and cannot read valid messages that's
your problem. However, we aren't going out of our way to send
messages which some subscribers will not be able to access. After
all, the purpose of this list is communication, not coercion.
