Hi Dheeraj,

If you can afford to loose data from previous RH install, do the following,
I have done it so I know it works, and I hope is the fastest method.

Boot the system maybe using your RH6.2 CD. using fdisk remove all the Linux
partitions, Not the Windows ones. reboot.
Boot using Win98/MSDOS boot disk. give command fdisk /mbr

Reinstall RH 6.2
