Hi,

I need help: SOS

I am using Aapache-1.3.19-5 on Linux 7.1, when I
start httpd it starts normaly but when I stop it, it
gives a message saying "failed".

On checking "status" it gives a message :-

"httpd dead but subsys locked"

Is there some solution for the above stated problem?
