Anybody using the ILUGC name should take permission from this core group. The names in this group might vary over time, but there should be a core group made of people who show positive interest. Am really wondering if this list has lost its relevance. We are not pursuing technical discussions of the latest technologies - instead we spend more time worrying about who is facilitating the meetings. If we split this list into administrative and technical, there would be more administrative mails than technical ones. Maybe more young blood is required.
