If Indian governmnet needs my data to protect me and others I am okay with that. But with some conditions - I should know which data is taken, it should be protected in such a way that no human / non-human can access it directly without a court order and the data should be used only for the above mentioned purpose. Data collected has to be destroyed properly if the person wants so (may be with a court order or some other legal procedure). Also I need to see what data is available if I wish.
I am not okay with US government doing this. Why should it need to have access to my data? I don't want that. I feel US government is using and will use my data for undue commercial advantage. I want that to be stopped.
