Hi I am Karthick working as a assistant professor in private engineering college in department of IT. I like to change my profession from Non IT(professor) to IT job. please tell me what i have to do. I have little knowledge in HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT. that too from taking class on the subject called web technology. I have 8 years of experience in teaching. so please suggest me what i have to do.
