What makes you think he knows Tamil. Probably, he doesn't know
how to read tamil well enough, and was not able to understand that
email. And could have sent that email out of that frustration. Since
we know that there are non-tamil people on the list, It is basic
courtesy to send emails in English, or at least a translation of the
contents in the same email.Thanks
