Hello People, I am a coder primarily using a technology called Ruby on Rails. Its THE MOST marvellous way to create web apps. But I see its adoption is very low in India. The reason is because it has great abstract ideas like Unix does (as compared to other OS), its hard to understand its abstractness and simplicity. So there aren't many people. Even people who claim knowledge of it are extremely crappy.
Many small companies are afraid to take upon Rails because of the fear of lack of resources. Many students don't know how valuable they are if they master this skill. If we can build a bridge it will be enormous boost to the industry. I would love to conduct Rails training, but don't have the infrastructure.
