They can mail me at bi...@insigniaconsulting.co.in. *Job Description :* - Would be to offer leadership in project implementations and ensure timely execution with the defined quality parameters. - Responsible for Project Quality adherence. - Track and Review team’s performance by conducting periodic review for all the areas and ensure they adhere to the delivery schedule and other objectives. - Will be responsible for communicating/coordinating with the client on a daily basis to gather requirements, seek clarifications and meet the requirements. - Will actively communicate status of work to both the client and to the internal management. - The Project Manager will work closely with the senior management, design and development teams. - Perform cross functional tasks as required. Being a small company, you will be required to wear many hats. *Desired Skillsets* - In depth knowledge in ROR development ( Rails 3 experience desired). - 6+ years of experience with at least 3+ years of project and team management experience. - Good understanding of design patterns and architecture. - Experience managing multiple clients. - Experience in managing change requests and prioritization in a fast changing environment. - Strong with process compliance and process enforcement. - Experience with Agile processes is needed.
