I hope you made backups of the OS / Zimbra / the mail store
directories to roll back in things go wrong.

Zimbra is a great product but can be daunting when things go wrong
(personal experience), Zimbra forums and mailing lists would be the
right place to get quick help from the Zimbra community.

Please read the error messages carefully.
Your first problem is "unable to lookup server by name: mail.domain.com"

First fix this and then post results of your progress.

your request significantly.
In this mailing list we all volunteer our time to help others where we can.
