That's a very big positive mindset and all country men want this to be implemented? If I could do such development work in school / colleges I would be destined to have a much better future here rather working for some maintenance work for clients. After 12+ years of my service - if I ask what did I learned - the answer is their product, technically nothing. Cause I did not set my mind to develop product from scratch, nor a chance. Unfortunately interviews are like you have to design compilers - so they ask DS, Algo etc .. but when we are selected the work is like a pure service orientation. So who will change the system - ME. People should come out and put forward their vision. Everyone here should take up responsibility to go to schools & colleges and regularly conduct classes.
