IIRC, Open Source for You also has a large Facebook following. If not already done, then you may want to cross post ILUG-C activities there as well to get wider publicity. Personally, I agree with all of Madan's points. There need to be more volunteers who are willing to answer the questions and/or give directions; this comes from "within" all of us - the concept of giving back to the community. Here I have observed only a few doing this.
