Hi,
I am using ubuntu linux for around 6 months now. I am using Linux
DC++ to share and download files directly in the LAN.
Of late, (From yesterday) Linux DC++ is taking up the whole RAM for a
minute(!!) to just connect to the hubs and retrieve the users list. Not
only that, it is eating the RAM space occasionally even when idle, for
almost two full minutes.During these periods, the DC++ window is dulled and
system lags a little.
Can someone help me out with the reason of this problem and how i can solve
it ?
And, btw, my system is running Ubuntu 12.04 on a 1.75 GB RAM, intel pentium
4 desktop.
Also, this is the first instance of such problems.
