When I read the topic "What Killed the Linux Desktop" It did not reflect me
that
this statement comes from a GNOME founder.

Does he mean Linux Desktop is already dead? Then why working on window
manager for dead stuffs?

Isn't it more to do with preinstalled OS? With the success of Android its
clear that preinstalled OS is going to stay in box longer.

May be Raspberry pi or something similar can prove Linux desktops worthy,

And next, GNOME is a WM and it has been running in other OS too, and Often
there have been criticism by Linus himself about it.

may be this is one is something like that in return.
