You clearly have no clue about copyrights or patents or how long they are
applicable.

You can't license something you don't own the rights to under GFDL or any
other license.

By your extension of 0s and 1s, you should try publishing every commercial
software and latest movies release in the same manner and see how long before
you get picked up under the Goondas Act.

When people point out that you are wrong, the smart thing is to accept the
feedback and fix it. Justifying your position with bogus reasons and
illogical statements, only make you look immature and silly. And people do
judge a book by it's cover, so you've already turned off a lot of potential
readers with your mails/arguments in this thread.
