an informed comment in public interest is not defamation ;-) btw, if a
person starts a business or training course and takes money from people
or promises them salary with no intention of fulfilling his promise,
that amounts to cheating. But if he does so with the full intention of
keeping his promises, but is unable to do it because his
business/training model fails - that is not cheating.
