Translation/localization doesn't require any programming experience. One just needs to know to use the relevant tools (Examples: Zanata, Transifex). If their language skills are good, they can help with documentation work (Examples: Publican, LaTeX). People who are good in art can do design work (Examples: Gimp, Inkscape). If communication skills are good, they can work in sales and marketing. --- | Again, they wish | to know if that could help them in their career point of view. \-- One shouldn't do things because they will have a great career, but, because they love what they do, and enjoy working in their field.
