Translation/localization doesn't require any programming experience.
One just needs to know to use the relevant tools (Examples: Zanata,
Transifex).

If their language skills are good, they can help with documentation
work (Examples: Publican, LaTeX).

People who are good in art can do design work (Examples: Gimp, Inkscape).

If communication skills are good, they can work in sales and marketing.
