Releasing a project in GPL requires the source code to be available in 
public without any restrictions for the four freedoms mentioned in the

Not releasing the source code will result in violation of the GPL, and 
it is called proprietary software. I hope, you will not like to restrict 
the source code which you got from the public and will share your
