Try ZCS community version.  The setup is not too complex provided you answer
a few questions correctly at install time.
You still need the DNS infra in place which the OP may not be aware of.

I did mention "some of us" and not "all of us"

How many times have had to get your IP number delisted from some RBL
or the other?
