It was with Compiz Configuration Settings Manager where Ubuntu Unity Plugin
was disabled somehow and i just enabled it and got it back.

I just used this command in terminal "ccsm" to open the Compiz configuration
settings manager and this just put a check box in it and even i have updated
in my blog too. Here it is the link :
