Hi Pandiyan, I don't think you are allowed to install oracle 10g on fedora and ubuntu by oracle. Last time i read the installation docs from oracle, it specifically stated that supported linux platforms are only rhel , suse enterprise and oracle unbreakable linux. So you shouldn't be installing oracle on fedora and such. Those are unsupported platforms and will cause issues and might have stability problem post installation. I assume you have bought oracle 10g from oracle.
