Arun SAG has already given the citation, but I might add one more bit here.
SSD is nothing more than a fancy big pen drive. Pen drives fail miserably is
my personal experience too.(I have never had one that lasted 3 years!) Of
course they are faster than other storage. Windows guys even introduced a
'feature' to use pendrive as swap space to increase swap speed.
