I'm guessing this would mostly be applicable to people who are drive-by 
posting and not people who intend to actually drop anchor in the 
list(s). Surely once they have been around for a few weeks and been a 
part of a few threads, they will start to see the value in stuff like 
thread-sanity etc. If not, they really will be better off, more 
productive and cause lesser issues to web forum users; and imho, should 
be pointed in that direction
