Where have you heard the above terminology?

PRI/BRI is a digital line with an array of 64 Kbps channels +
signaling channels for ISDN [1] telephony services.    ISDN adoption
has been slow (almost non existent) but the transport technology has
been adapted to other data/telephony communication services with
adapters at respective ends of the pipe.    Channel banks can split up
the array into various services including analog services.

It would depend on your requirements.  I suspect you are in the stage
of defining your requirements.   I suggest you engage a knowledgeable
Telecom consultant to guide you, vendors tend to hype their product.
