I have bought a newq tata photon+ device, and tried to connect it in a traditional way of http://linuxers.org/howto/how-set-tata-photon-huawei-ec1261-ubuntu-1004-lucid-lynx but the device with me isnt of huwaei, but is of qualcomm, is there any difference in configuration? Anyone used this and got connected? My ubuntu 10.10 install doesnt detect the device, but shows in lsusb as some Q. Do i need install any new add-on for it?
