Thanks for the reply and the link. By the term of Intellectual Property
rights, I meant to say RTI, Patents, etc,. He's already doing RTI related
filings. By the way, he's busy as it is with his profession, it was just due to
my request, that he said that he'd take a look into the legal side of FOSS. Any
more materials?
