Thanks I am aware of GNUCash. Let me know if you know of anyone using it for Hsg. Coop Soc. purpose. In Hsg. Co-op society billing, interest calculation is simple interest on the balance principal amount. Need to keep principal and interest accrual separate and also show them as such in the bill.
