Hi All, At KavyaSoft, we are looking for a team of Ruby on Rails programmers. Though we would certainly prefer people with Ruby on Rails knowledge, anybody with web application development (in any platform) knowledge can apply for the job as we are planning on some serious training too. There is no requirement on educational qualifications - we have a policy against it. Any background after 10+2 is OK. So please do inform people off this list too.
