I have used dimdim and it is pretty good. They've a community opensource version that can do what teamviewer does. This solution is not listed in the comparison chart cited by the wiki link. I, however, see an issue as dimdim uses Flash within the desktop browser. Maybe this group can strip Flash and use HTML5 instead and make this version free of proprietary software.
