Hi,
You can try reinstalling grub, on /dev/sda. Please make sure you've given
the Chainloader +1 in the Windows Entry. By the way, I'd suggest you to remove
Windows 7, as a dual booting option, and have it as a Virtual Machine inside
Ubuntu.
