So, as I suspected, you have got the ns2 from from unstable. It is not
part of Lenny, so you can't apt-get it unless you have unstable in
sources.list[.d].

$last reboot
last looks back in the wtmp file for all logins. The pseudo
user "reboot" also logs in at all reboots of the system
