Dear all, Today myself setup a 45 seat FOSS lab for Sree Sakthi Engineering College, Karamadai, Coimbatore District (started in 2010 - http://www.sreesakthi.edu.in) in the main computer centre using Fedora-13.
After the discussion with Principal Dr. V. Vel Murugan, it was decided that, students starting from the first year onwards, start using GNU/Linux and FOSS tools all for their computing needs. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Balamurugan of Mettupalayam who has been very supportive in this FOSS lab setup initiative. For any feedback, pl. contact Principal Dr. V.
