Hi all, I was maintaining a small discussion board at - http://impactservices.in/forum/ which covers linux admin and FOSS. I felt it would be nice to dedicate a site to FOSS for knowledge sharing, collaboration and networking of professionals.
Hence, I started http://fossbase.in - I am still working on it. The user profile module is almost over. It has facility to add avatar, upload some photos, write about yourself and skillset etc. Member's blog, website fields still need to be added. Next I am working on following - 1. How TOs / Manuals page 2. Q&A page and forums 3. Mailing list 4. Blogs 5. Upcoming events and news section 6. Job board There will be members with different role scope - moderators, contributors etc. One group has contacted me who want to maintain their mailing list and space on website. They will be given moderator privileges for the same.
