Third option is to ask the library to make available those educational videos on CD/DVD/USB. Surely library/IT staff will have full access to internet. Of course, It will be your responsibility to give the proper links with an authorization from the faculty members. In fact ILUG can contemplete mirroring such videos in their websites Of course, I wont open the can of worms of IPR, DMCA, licence et al.
