I am on Ubuntu 10.04 with 2.6.32-23.

Apart from this two, I have one more white with name VZTEC. All of
them showing the same Product and Vendor ID, getting detected and up.
But it is not able to detect the link pulse.  I getting the following
error "ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): lan0: link is not ready"

Yes. Some one is commented it as "Perfect for Linux" in Apple Stores :)

Let me check it out. Here I am seeing more china brands rather then
the standard one. But the price is high, for ex, this USB Ethernet
adapter is Rs ~600/-
