I think, things like "கற்றற்ற மென்பொருள் (Kattrattra Menporul)" are meant
for Tamil readers and doesn't apply globally for everyone.

So, we are "not" denying their rights / preventing them to know something
they need to be aware of.

If in this mailing-list, if a person is not allowed to type freely in Tamil,
then where he is going to get the rights?

Tagging "[Tamil]" in the Subject is a viable option which the end-users can
use to filter out such emails from the list.

Overall, I think only change Amachu can do is to use "[Tamil]" tag instead
of "[தமிழ்]"
