Hi , I am developing php application for a training institute where one of the requirements is to read the content of excel file which contains Unicode(Sanskrit) characters and push them in to database. I am struck with the reading excel file content i am using the library Spreadsheet Excel Reader * which claims to support unicode but fails to do so. The code i use is hosted at http://pastebin.com/puquE8E8 any help to fix this will be greatly appreciated.
