[Ilugc] Need help in Red hat Linux

Hi Freinds,
        how to download a package from internet,i need the Repository file
information.?
        in Vi /etc/yum.rhel/rhel.repo
        [red hat]
        name=redspackage
        baseurl=http:????????????????
        gpgcheck=0
      Please guide friends.....
