1. Make all the clients in the lab network use your server as proxy in the browser configuration. 2. Make sure your server is configured to reach the main squid server. Both the servers must on the same subnet. Check that by running a browser on the server with squid disabled on that machine. If the browser is able to reach sites on the internet, then the squid proxy, when run on this machine, should also work. This should accomplish what you need. When you said you were unable to use your proxy, you'll need to let us know why. Were the clients using using proxy server in the browser config?
