MDI (Microsoft Document Imaging) extension format is a a high resolution, tag-based graphics format based on the Tagged Image File Format (TIFF). .MDI files are a propertary closed format supported only by the Microsoft Office 2003, and Office 2007 version with a little trick.
:-( Linux has no MDI viewer. There are some tools available for windows to convert MDI to PDF. Please ask the bank to send the report in PDF format. Mail them with the details of you as a linux user, can not open the file. Share your experiences with the bank with us. Thanks. -- Regards, T.Shrinivasan My experiences with Linux are here http://goinggnu.wordpress.com For Free and Open Source Jobs http://fossjobs.wordpress.com _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, email [email protected] with "unsubscribe <password> <address>" in the subject or body of the message. http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc
