Hi,

You can press Ctrl + R to do a reverse search. (Similar to Emacs)

Subject: [Ilugc] command completion

hi,

in the console, up arrow will give the previous command executed. Sometimes I
need to execute a command given about 20-30 times back. It is tedious to keep
pressing up arrow - I recall some way of typing the first few letters of the
command and pressing some key to get the command. Any clues?
