first, pycon is not strictly FOSS. Python is open source, but many of the developers are not FOSS people. It is a language conference. We basically need 5-6 halls, with one or two with large seating capacity (5-700 or more). Preferrably AC with wifi facility. If the venue is outside the city - arrangements for transport also.
