What do you mean by advanced NAT configuration?

What are you trying to achieve?

If you want a good tutorial on NAT technology then I suggest this
article.

http://www.cisco.com/web/about/ac123/ac147/archived_issues/ipj_7-3/anatomy.html

Are you interested in doing a round robin of NAT source IP from a pool?

I dunno if Linux can do that. OpenBSD can.

Perhaps linux can too now.

Or do you mean DNAT? It is known as port forwarding or redirection.

I used to have slides on all this at sirsasana.org but now that material
is gone.
