Almost all software are licensed, even Free (as in Freedom) Software are licensed and we may need to pay to buy them. So can you make your question clearer? By looking at 'Yuguu' website I found out that it was a software with various payment options and a free (as in free beer) version too. I'm not sure if it is licensed under any Free (as in freedom) software licenses. Thank you.
