The course content looks REALLY interesting. But i feel that this is an
overkill. 2 reasons :
1. "For what the course has to offer", Fifth semester is too early. This
should be in the final year.
2. This course would fine tune a student's programming/exploratory skills,
which should be done after learning the rudiments of programming and the
associated theory.

Nevertheless, kudos!
